Rates & Availability
Mid-May through September (on-season)
● Weekly rates priced from $5,750 to $14,500 (7 night minimum during peak season) plus cleaning fee
October through mid May (off-season)
● Weekly rates priced from $4,100 to $5,000 (7 night minimum during off peak season) plus cleaning fee
All rates are subject to a 7% Rehoboth Beach Rental Tax, $300 cleaning fee, $95 processing and $1,000 security deposit
