Rates & Availability

Mid-May through September (on-season)

• Weekly rates priced from $5,500 – $14,250 (seven day minimum during peak season and holidays)

October through mid-May (off-season)

• Weekly rates prices from $3,100 – $3,700
• Daily rates priced at $425/night with a 2 night minimum plus an additional cleaning fee

All rates are subject to a 7% Rehoboth Beach Rental Tax, $95 processing and $500 security deposit
