Mid-May through September (on-season)

• Weekly rates priced from $5,199 – $14,995 plus additional cleaning fee (seven day minimum during peak season and holidays)

October through Mid-Mid May (off-season)

• Weekly rates priced from $3,999 – $5,395.
• Daily rates priced at $775 to $895/night with a 2-night minimum plus an additional cleaning fee with nightly rates.

All rates are subject to a 7% Rehoboth Beach Rental Tax, $95 processing and $500 security deposit
